Raipur, 28 November 2021. As per the instructions of the Forest and Climate Change Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar, the guerilla action is going on continuously under the forest division Mahasamund under the campaign being run by the department. In this context, today, on November 28, in village Bijatipali and Tilaipali, the departmental team searched two houses and seized teak, potter and shisham wood chiran worth about one lakh rupees. These include 143 nos. Teak chiran, 26 nos. Khamhar’s chiran and 4 nos. Sheesham wood chiran.
It is worth mentioning that on November 27, under the forest division Mahasamund, teak chiran and logs worth about Rs. Chief Conservator of Forests Shri J.R. Under the guidance of Nayak and under the guidance of Divisional Forest Officer Mahasamund Shri Pankaj Rajput, Deputy Divisional Forest Officer Saraipali Shri A.K. Today, under the able leadership of Vindhyaraj, the team searched two different houses of both the villages Tilaipali and Bijatipali. Action is on against the accused. In the above action, there was a commendable contribution of the departmental staff of Forest Range Saraipali Assistant Circle Officer Shri Santosh Kumar Painkara, Shri Anil Pradhan, Shri Satish Kumar Patel, Shri Yogeshwar Kar etc.
