International Scout Guide Fellowship Asia Pacific Regional Vision 2025 Committee Chairman Mr. MAK Miki being felicitated by Mr. Kim Won Yung, Governor of Jeollabuk-do Province, South Korea on 6 September 2023 for his contribution in the last leg of the activities of Mission World Scout Jamboree 2023 awarded for.
Strategy and ideas were shared on the fellowship between the two countries and on further deepening the friendship with the country of India. During the recent stay of Indian Scout Guide Fellowship and Atas India, Governor Kim Wan Yung was also honored by Mr. Mickey by giving Chhattisgarhi gamchha and memento to the officials of Jeollabuk-do province. Chhattisgarh State Gamcha was handed over to Indian Scout Guide on behalf of MLA and Patron of Indian Scout Guide and National Vice President of Bharat Scouts and Guides Mr. Satyanarayan Sharma.
A 29-member team of Indian Scout Guides and ATAS India participated in the recently concluded World Scout Jamboree in South Korea under the leadership of National President, retired Chief Justice of Orissa High Court Mr. Kalpesh Jhaveri. In which the President of Chhattisgarh Atas Chapter Mr. Prem Prakash Sharma and Vice President Mr. Jitendra Sakhre were present. It is worth mentioning that before the visit, the delegation of Chhattisgarh state had met Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. The Chief Minister had congratulated him.
