In fact, during the discussion with the Chief Minister in the meet-meet programme, farmer Deepak Verma told that the Kisan book of the farmers was made during the time of father and grandfather. It will be a great convenience if the farmers of the state are issued a new one by replacing this old Kisan Kitab. He further told that along with buying fertilizers and seeds, the information related to the land is maintained. Farmer Deepak Verma further told that his loan of Rs. one lakh 25 thousand has been waived off and he has bought a scooty for his daughter with the bonus money received from selling paddy. Daughter now goes to study by scooty. The Chhattisgarh government is working in the interest of the farmers and this is making the farmers happy.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel listened carefully to the words of farmer Deepak Verma and said that the farmer always thinks about everyone and it is a beautiful thing that we have thought about those who think about everyone. Our government has taken many decisions in the interest of the farmers. We have increased the limit of buying paddy per acre to 20 quintals. Through the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Yojana, farmers have been relieved of their worries by getting funds at important times like sowing, transplanting.
