Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel released a postage stamp and special cover on the National Tribal Dance Festival and Rajyotsava under the My Stamp scheme by the Indian Postal Department, Chhattisgarh Circle at his residence office here this evening. This stamp will be available at the counters of all major post offices in the country. It will be useful for the collectors of postage stamps.
On this occasion, Culture Minister Shri Amarjit Bhagat, Tourism Minister Shri Tamradhwaj Sahu, Parliamentary Secretary Shri Chandradev Rai, Chhattisgarh State Home Construction Board President Shri Kuldeep Juneja, Culture Department Secretary Shri Anbalgan P., Culture Department Director Shri Vivek Acharya, Chhattisgarh The Post Master General of Shri R.K. Jaibhay, Sr. Superintendent Post Shri G.L. Jangde were also present. Shri Anbalagan informed that the invitation of the National Tribal Dance Festival has been sent to the Chief Ministers of all the states, Lieutenant Governors of Union Territories and tribal artists. Post Master General Shri R.K. Jaibhay informed that the special cover issued today is the 21st foundation day of Chhattisgarh state and during this 28, It is being released on 29 and 30 October 2021 to commemorate the second National Tribal Dance Festival being organized in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. Tribal artists from all the states and union territories of India will showcase their rich heritage of art and culture in this dance festival.
