Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has paid homage to Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution and the first Law and Justice Minister of independent India, on his death anniversary on December 06. Mr. Baghel has said that Baba Saheb was rich in multidimensional personality. Apart from being knowledgeable in many languages, he was also a jurist, economist, social reformer and skilled politician. He campaigned against social discrimination and untouchability and advocated equal rights, freedom and treatment for all. As the Chairman of the Drafting Committee of the Constituent Assembly, he gave India a strong foundation in the form of a Constitution, on which our country full of diversities is marching ahead unitedly on the path of progress. Mr. Baghel has said that due to the specialty of the Indian Constitution, India has been able to create its special identity as a fully sovereign democratic republic. Baba Saheb’s contribution to the country is incomparable.
