The Chief Minister announced an ex-gratia of Rs 4 lakh to the kin of the deceased and Rs 25,000 each to the kin of the injured.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has expressed deep grief over the road accident that took place at Gidam Road in Bastar district headquarters. The Chief Minister has expressed condolences to the family members of the person who died in the accident and prayed to God for speedy recovery of the injured. He has announced to provide financial assistance of Rs. 04 lakh to the relatives of the deceased and Rs. 25 thousand each to the injured. Along with this, instructions have been given to the officials of the district administration for better treatment of the injured in the incident. In a road accident in Budhram, father Ramu 23 years has died and 20 persons have been injured. The injured are undergoing treatment at Dimrapal Medical College, Jagdalpur.
