Raipur, 12 May 2022 . Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has announced to increase the honorarium of employment assistants of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MNREGA) from Rs. 5 thousand and Rs. 6 thousand to Rs. 9,540 as per collector rate.
On the demands related to the service conditions of employment assistants, the Chief Minister has said that a decision will be taken in this regard after receiving the report from the committee constituted at the state level.
The Chief Minister made this announcement during a discussion with a delegation of employment assistants of MGNREGA who came to his residence office here today. Industries Minister Shri Kawasi Lakhma was also present on the occasion.
