First batch of frozen food product prepared in Chhattisgarh’s food processing industry sent abroad
Raipur, 22 January 2021. The Chief Minister, Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, flagged off the first consignment of “Gold”, a frozen food product manufactured by the food processing industry Goyal Group of Chhattisgarh, from his residence here today.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that it is a matter of great pleasure that the taste of Chhattisgarh will now be tasted abroad as well. Outside the state, even in the country and abroad, the magic of the smell and taste of the soil of Chhattisgarh will increase further. He said that it started in Corona crisis exactly six months ago and in such a short time a new product is being sent from Chhattisgarh to New Zealand outside the country, I congratulate and congratulate the Goyal Group of Companies for this. With this, the name of Chhattisgarh will be more illuminating in the country and abroad, it is a matter of pride for us. On this occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel congratulated and congratulated all the people associated with the group including Mr. Suresh Goyal, Chairman of the company.
Mr. Rajendra Goyal, Managing Director, Goyal Group, said that the first frozen food unit of Chhattisgarh was launched on 9 June at the hands of Chief Minister Mr. Baghel. Started during the Corona crisis, this unit has given employment to thousands of people, of which about 60 percent are women. He told that very soon this frozen food range of gold will also make its mark in the Middle East markets including America, Canada, Maldives, Russia, Mauritius, for the aroma of Chhattisgarh’s soil. The product has received an A-grade from Food Audit, Quality and Safety Standards along with licensing from national and international institutions like FSSAI, USFDA, HALAL, FSSC 20-2000, BRCGS. Goyal Group Chairman Mr. Suresh Goyal, Managing Director Mr. Rajendra Goyal, Bajrang Allianz Limited Director Mr. Archit Goyal were also present on the occasion.
