The prohibited area has been declared within 1500 meters of the periphery of village Jaitpur Tehsil Bilaigarh of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. According to the information received from the Deputy Secretary Chhattisgarh Home Department, the Government of India, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Home Department and Madhya Pradesh State Reorganization Act 2000, the State Government Indian Oil Corporation Limited’s Patwari Halka No. 32 Khasra No. 428/7 Tehsil Bilaigarh of Jaitpur village The RCP station built on an area of 1500 meters of perimeter has been declared as prohibited area for the provisions of the Act.
