Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai reached the Samadhan camp organized in village Madanpur of Pali development block of Korba district under the third phase of Sushasan Tihar and had a cordial conversation with the villagers and also reviewed the updated status of resolution of the received applications.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Sushasan Tihaar is a powerful medium for direct communication with the common people and knowing the ground reality of the schemes. He said that during Sushasan Tihaar, we will go to any corner of the state without prior information, know the actual situation and ensure solution of problems.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that our government has fulfilled every promise of “Modi Ki Guarantee”. He said that on the second day of taking oath by our government, 18 lakh Pradhan Mantri Awas were approved. 21 quintals of paddy per acre was purchased by fixing the support price at the rate of Rs 3100 per quintal for the farmers. More than 70 lakh women were given financial support by transferring money to their accounts through Mahtari Vandan Yojana. The remuneration for tendu leaf collectors has been increased from Rs 4 thousand to Rs 5500. By restarting the Chief Minister Teerth Yojana, steps have been taken in the direction of respecting the faith of the elderly.

Bank like facilities will be available in the village itself

Chief Minister Shri Sai informed that Atal Digital Seva Kendras have been started in 1460 Gram Panchayats of the state from 24 April. Now the villagers will not need to run to the bank. Facility of documents like money withdrawal, caste, residence etc. will also be available in these Seva Kendras.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the state government has simplified the name transfer process by curbing corruption. Now, along with the registration of land, name transfer will also be completed in less than an hour, which will provide relief to common citizens from unnecessary running around. The Chief Minister informed that now the eligibility conditions under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana have been relaxed. Now beneficiaries having 5 acres of non-irrigated or 2.5 acres of irrigated land, having a two-wheeler and having a monthly income of Rs 15,000 will also be eligible for the scheme. He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s intention is that every poor family of the country should live in a pucca house.

There is no shortage of resources for the development of Chhattisgarh

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Chhattisgarh is getting ample resources from the central government. Due to the double engine government, many projects have been approved including a new railway line from Korba to Pendra and Dharamjaigarh, which will give new impetus to the development of the region.

Industry Minister Shri Lakhanlal Devangan said in the Samadhan camp that the arrival of the Chief Minister in Korba is a matter of pride for the entire district. He said that this innovative effort of direct communication with the citizens and problem-solving has started by organizing camps across the state through Sushasan Tihaar. He said that under the leadership of the Chief Minister, this government is connected to the ground and is personally seeing the condition of the common people by visiting without any prior information.

The lives of villagers are changing due to these schemes

The beneficiaries present in the Samadhan camp told that the government schemes have brought positive changes in their lives. PM Awas Yojana beneficiary Smt. Rajnandini Dongre told that now her family is safe in a pucca house. Mahtari Vandan Yojana beneficiary Smt. Ramabai Paikara told that she has received 15 installments, which she has invested in Sukanya Samridhi Yojana for the future of her daughters. Farmer Shri Kanhaiya Lal told that with the application given in Sushasan Tihar, the record of his land has been made online and he has also received the certificate. He praised this effort and called it very useful.

Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Mr. Subodh Singh, Secretary to the Chief Minister Mr. P. Dayanand along with other public representatives and officials were present on the occasion.
