During the inauguration of the ashram hostel in Arang, a ninth class student Harsh Gilhare presented a sketch portrait made by his own hands to Chief Minister Shri Sai. On receiving Harsh’s gift, the Chief Minister blessed him and advised him to study diligently. The Chief Minister told Harsh that he has a unique skill of making an exact picture (sketch) of someone with just a pencil and he should practice a lot to improve it. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that perfection comes with practice, its nuances are known. By practicing continuously, he can become a good sketchmaker and bring fame to himself and his state in the counntry and the world. Harsh Gilhare is a ninth class student of Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 located in DD Nagar, Raipur.
