Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai will reward the talented players of the state in the State Sports Investiture Ceremony on March 14. Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh will preside over the program. The special guests of the program will be Deputy Chief Ministers Mr. Arun Sao and Mr. Vijay Sharma and Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Mr. Tankaram Verma. The State Sports Investiture Ceremony will be organized by the Sports and Youth Welfare Department at Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium from 11 am.

   Education Minister Shri Brijmohan Agarwal, Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam, Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap, Food Minister Shri Dayal Das Baghel, Finance Minister Shri O.P. were present as special guests in the program. Chaudhary, Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Industries Minister Shri Lakhanlal Dewangan, Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Lakshmi Rajwade, MLAs Shri Rajesh Munat, Purandar Mishra, Motilal Sahu, Anuj Sharma, Inder Kumar Sahu, Guru Khushwant Saheb.

    In the program, the state government gave 06 awards for Martyr Rajeev Pandey Award, 06 for Martyr Kaushal Yadav Award, 02 for Veer Hanuman Singh Award, 27 for Martyr Pankaj Vikram Award, 05 for Martyr Vinod Choubey Award and 05 for the Chief Minister for the year 2019-20. 25 players will be honored for the trophy. Similarly, for the year 2020-21, 11 for Martyr Rajiv Pandey Award, 03 for Martyr Kaushal Yadav Award, 01 for Veer Hanuman Singh Award, 16 for Martyr Pankaj Vikram Award, 05 for Martyr Vinod Choubey Award and 26 for Chief Minister Trophy. Selected players will be honored with trophies.

    In the programme, players who won medals in the national competition will be honored with decorations and 269 players will be given a prize money of Rs 30.36 lakh for the year 2019-20 and 142 players will be given a prize money of Rs 19 lakh 32 thousand for the year 2020-21.
