The vision of the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Mr. Bhupesh Baghel is now being realized. State’s Swami Atmanand excellent English and Hindi medium school is improving the lives of lakhs of sons and daughters of the state. Its benefits are being seen everywhere, be it remote forests or plains, and a bright picture of modern education is being seen. In the current session 2023-24, 377 English medium excellent schools and 349 Hindi medium schools, a total of 726 schools are being operated in the state. In the school, 1 lakh 70 thousand children are studying in English medium and 2 lakh 20 thousand children are studying in Hindi medium. Due to the initiative of the state government, today the children of remote areas are also getting the benefit of facilities like a good playing field, modern laboratory, library in the English medium school.
Swami Atmanand Excellent Government English Medium Schools, started under the direction of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, have reduced the financial burden of the parents and the worries of the parents have been removed. Today, by studying in an English medium school, children are refining their talents in a better way.
The scheme has increased the self-confidence and self-esteem of children from economically weaker sections. Students studying in English schools have secured a place in the merit list in the board examinations. Smart classes, beautiful buildings, modern libraries, sports grounds, excellent laboratories etc. are being run better in these schools. Due to which the popularity of government schools in the state has increased in the minds of children and parents. There is great enthusiasm among the parents that through the operation of Swami Atmanand Vidyalayas, the poor class children are getting high quality English medium education. Due to which there is a continuous demand from everywhere to open more Atmanand schools. Chhattisgarh government has started this scheme to reduce the gap between private and government schools in the field of education and to provide equal opportunities to children.
