Chhattisgarh Police personnel have faced every challenge fearlessly even in adverse circumstances, even if they had to sacrifice their lives for this. Police personnel always discharge their responsibilities to maintain law and order and peace in the society. Even when we celebrate festivals and celebrations at our homes, these soldiers perform their duties with dedication while staying away from their families. Governor Shri Vishwabhushan Harichandan expressed this statement today in the parade program organized on the occasion of Police Memorial Day in the courtyard of 4th Corps, Chhasbal Mana Raipur.
On behalf of all the people of the state, the Governor paid a heartfelt tribute to the martyred police personnel by laying a wreath at the martyr’s memorial. The Governor met the families of the martyred police officers and soldiers and expressed his condolences and assured them of always standing with them. Presented him shawl, quince and memento.
