Raipur. 14 July 2021 . As many as one crore seven lakh 86 thousand 826 vaccine doses have been administered in the state so far (till July 13) to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection. First dose of the vaccine has been given to 89 lakh four thousand 665 people of the state, whereas 18 lakh 82 thousand 161 people of the state have received both the doses of COVID vaccine. In Chhattisgarh, three lakh eight thousand 789 health workers, three lakh 16 thousand 361 frontline workers, 49 lakh 87 thousand 557 of age above 45 years and 32 lakh 91 thousand 958 citizens in the age group of 18 to 44 years have been given the first dose of COVID vaccine. Likewise, two lakh 41 thousand 700 health workers, two lakh 16 thousand 377 frontline workers, 13 lakh 36 thousand 444 of age above 45 years and 87 thousand 640 people in the age group of 18 to 44 have been given both the doses of COVID vaccine.
In the state, 91 percent health workers, 100 percent frontline workers, 85 percent citizens of age above 45 years and 25 percent youth in the age group of 18 to 44 have received the first dose of the vaccine to prevent COVID-19 infection. Likewise, 71 percent of the health workers, 74 percent of the frontline workers and 23 percent of the people of age above 45 years have been givem both the doses of the vaccine.
So far three lakh 76 thousand 506 people in Balod district, three lakh 79 thousand 395 people in Balodabazar-Bhatapara, two lakh 27 thousand 961 people in Balrampur-Ramanujganj, three lakh 37 thousand 069 people in Bastar, one lakh 93 Thousand 516 people in Bemetara, one lakh five thousand 057 people in Bijapur, six lakh 66 thousand 925 in Bilaspur, one lakh 41 thousand 158 in Dantewada, three lakh 60 thousand 762 in Dhamtari, seven lakh 77 thousand 915 in Durg , one lakh 84 thousand 868 in Gariaband, One lakh 42 thousand 817 people in Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, four lakh 96 thousand 468 in Janjgir-Champa and three lakh seven thousand 699 in Jashpur have been vaccinated.
Including both the first and the second doses of COVID-19 vaccine, two lakh 85 thousand 706 doses have been given in Kabirdham district, two lakh 93 thousand 600 doses have been given in Kanker, one lakh 91 thousand 684 doses have been given in Kondagaon, four lakh 94 thousand 930 doses have been given in Korba, two lakh 19 thousand in Koriya 134, five lakh 39 thousand 214 in Mahasamund, two lakh 14 thousand 983 in Mungeli, 44 thousand 443 in Narayanpur, ten lakh 88 thousand 720 doses in Raigarh, 11 lakh 80 thousand 344 doses in Raipur, seven lakh 19 thousand 884 doses in Rajnandgaon, One lakh 40 thousand 804 in Sukma, two lakh 67 thousand 381 people in Surajpur and four lakh seven thousand 883 doses have been given so far in Sarguja.
