Chhattisgarh Housing Board fulfills its promise
Launched new housing scheme in 06 big cities of the state
Registration for booking of accommodation starts from 4 January 2023

According to the intention of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, fulfilling the promise of providing better and affordable housing to the people of the state, 08 new schemes were launched on December 28, 2022 at the 72nd Divisional Conference of Chhattisgarh Housing Board, in which Registration has been started from 04 January 2023 in the housing schemes of 06 big cities of the state. By registering, people can now buy the house of their choice at affordable rates. The six cities where registration has started in housing schemes are Rajiv Nagar Awas Yojana in Arang of Raipur district, Rajiv Nagar Awas Yojana in Selud Patan of Durg district, General Housing Scheme in Bandhamuda of Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi district, Raigarh district. These include General Housing Scheme at Godhi Tamnar, Atal Housing Scheme at Macheva in Mahasamund district and General Housing Scheme Mahamaya Nagar at Ratanpur in Bilaspur district.
Chhattisgarh Housing Board President Mr. Kuldeep Singh Juneja told that as we had recently promised that we will provide good houses at low cost to the people of the state, fulfilling that promise under the Rajiv Nagar Housing Scheme, Arang district Raipur and Selud Independent houses in Patan district-Durg, general housing scheme Badhmuda, Gaurela-Pendra Marwahi, Ratanpur Bilaspur and independent buildings in Godhi Tamnar in Raigarh district and cell buildings in Atal Vihar Yojana Macheva Mahasamund have been inaugurated.
