An organization saw the way forward. Without leadership, any organization becomes directionless. Meaningful leadership leads to an excellent creation. This was stated by Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uike while addressing a webinar organized by ASSOCHAM today. He also congratulated ASSOCHAM for organizing the Awards of Leadership Excellence-2021.
The Governor said that if we talk about our country, many great leaderships have been born in our country. If we talk about the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, he did that on the strength of his leadership, which became a picture for the whole world. At that time when the entire country was a slave, it taught Indians how to use satyagraha and non-violence. Due to that our country got independence. Let me talk about former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Bajpayee, who got the opportunity to work under his leadership. I discharged the work of the National Commission for Women under her leadership. Our country is moving fast under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and he took such revolutionary decisions, Which changed the direction of the entire country. Under his leadership, we fought unitedly in the Corona era and today the vaccine of this disease has come and vaccination has started in our country. They have established our country all over the world by providing vaccines to some countries of the world. Today, the whole world is thanking him in the eyes of respect.
Ms. Uyke said that but we should know that leadership qualities do not build in a day, it requires dedication, protracted struggle and a sense of sacrifice. At the same time leadership is successful which helps without any expectation for others.
The Governor said that I faced many challenges but I did not lose courage and continued to face the guidance of senior people and my strong will. Apart from various responsibilities, he got the opportunity to become a member of the National Commission for Women, Rajya Sabha MP, Deputy Chairman of the National Tribal Commission and Governor of Chhattisgarh. Ms. Uyke said that as the governor is getting almost a year and 7 years today, I tried to act as a foster and not a governor and tried to understand and solve the problem of every needy. The Governor said that ASSOCHAM is functioning as an organization of industry groups throughout India. It is also working to provide appropriate direction to the country’s trade and commercial industry group from time to time through its suggestions.
On this occasion, heads of various institutions were awarded the ASSOCHAM National Leadership Excellence Awards 2021 for their leadership. This includes OK Life Care Private Limited for Health Care, Very Life Products Private Limited for Outstanding Startups, Mr. Proskills for Skill Development and Vocational Training, International School of Business and Media for Best B-Schools, Award for Best Aviation Institute The Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training Institution, Cliniminds Tenet Health Educate Private Limited for Life Sciences Skilling and Vocational Training Programs, Finecare Pharmaceticals Limited for Pharmacetical and Best University of the Year were awarded to Ganpat University. Rajya Sabha MP Mr. Mahesh Poddar, former cricketer Mr. Kirti Azad and officials of ASSOCHAM institution were present on the occasion.
