Sipat and Masturi Nagar Panchayats will be formed in Bilaspur district. College will start in Pachpedi. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel announced this during a meeting organized at village Sipat of Masturi Vidhansabha of Bilaspur district today. During this, the Chief Minister discussed with the beneficiaries to know the status of ground implementation of various schemes.

The Chief Minister inaugurated and performed Bhumi Pujan of development works worth Rs 96 crore 99 lakh for Masturi Assembly. This includes inauguration of 13 development works worth more than Rs 22 crore 47 lakh and bhumi pujan of 66 development works worth more than Rs 74 crore 51 lakh. During the meeting, Revenue Minister Mr. Jai Singh Agarwal, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Tourism Board Mr. Atal Srivastava, Chairman of Apex Bank Mr. Baijnath Chandrakar and other public representatives were present.

Earlier used to do job, now has given jobs to 4 people through farming – Farmer Chandraprakash Kaushik said that earlier I had gone away from farming. Had some debt. Used to work till 2018. When the loan was waived, three lakh rupees were forgiven. Farming has become very profitable due to your decisions. All the installments have been received. Paddy money is received on time. Earlier I used to do job, now I am giving job to four people. The Chief Minister asked what to bring for the daughter-in-law. Mr. Kaushik said that it has only been a year. The Chief Minister asked whether he had taken a loan for marriage. Mr. Kaushik said that no, there was no need for it. Expressing happiness, the Chief Minister said that it is happening very well. Earlier farmers had to take loans for auspicious events like marriage, Now there is profit in farming, so there is no need to take loan. Mr. Kaushik told that he is also associated with the Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Mitan Club. He is the president of the club. When the Chhattisgarhi games were organized for the first time, the children were not able to play. Then we felt what a good job the Chief Minister is doing to promote rural sports. He told that we do Shramdaan once a week through the club.

The father was no more in the Kovid disaster, the student studying in Swami Atmanand School scored 91 percent marks in the board exams – The Chief Minister also discussed with the students who passed the board exams on this occasion. Falak Patel told that she studies in Swami Atmanand School. Now the result of 10th board has come and 91 percent marks have come in it. I want to become a doctor. The Chief Minister asked about the parents. Falak told that my father died in the Kovid disaster. I got admission in Swami Atmanand School from Mahtari Dular Yojana. The Chief Minister congratulated Falak for his good marks. Garima Yadav told that there is very good education in her school.

Earning more from cow dung than from milk – Northern Vishwakarma told that his group works for making vermicompost. He has sold vermi compost worth Rs 2.5 lakh. 70 thousand rupees has been earned by selling earthworms. All of us shared the savings. Along with this, by collecting some money from the savings, Bhagwat Katha was also conducted in the village. Nikhil Jaiswal told that he sells 80 to 90 quintals of cow dung every month. Through this I earn up to 20 thousand rupees a month. I am earning more from cow dung than from milk. On the other hand, Mithilesh Shriwas told that unemployment allowance has been received at the right time. Now he will study a lot.

Chief Minister’s Announcements- On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced to make Gram Panchayat Sipat and Masturi Nagar Panchayat, to make Primary Health Center Sipat a Community Health Center, to open a government college in Gram Panchayat Pachpedi. Along with this, he announced the approval of establishment of police post in Khamharia, increase of 50-50 seats each in scheduled caste girls pre-matriculation and post-matriculation hostels in Masturi. Apart from opening Swami Atmanand English Medium School in village Jairamnagar, he also announced upgradation of middle school of village panchayat Kukda to high school and high school of Dhaniya and village Mahmand to higher secondary school. Asphaltization including construction of bridge in Gram Panchayat Pendri to Khorsi access road, WBM from Sametabhatha to Devraha Mandir in village Sipat, Sukhritalab to Semaria Baba Ashram, He also announced the asphalting of old Darrabhatha road from Nawadih Chowk in Sipat. Construction of health center in village Darrabhata, construction of food building in village Janji, construction of CC road and mini stadium in village Beltukari, construction of new panchayat building in village Deori, construction of rest house in Masturi headquarters and Kutela Dham as a tourist destination.
