Raipur 23 December 2021. Sensor based Automated Computerized Driving Test Tracks will be made in all transport offices of Chhattisgarh. To get a driving license, drivers have to pass this computerized driving test. A meeting of the Transport Department was held today at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain. The members of the company engaged in the work of setting up the driving test track along with the Secretary of the Transport Department, Mr. Topeshwar Verma, Additional Transport Commissioner Mr. Dipanshu Kabra were present in the meeting.
In the meeting, discussions were held on the creation of Automated Computerized Driving Test Track in all the districts of the state. Chief Secretary Shri Jain has instructed to compulsorily include the parking process of vehicles in the driving test. In the meeting, Additional Commissioner, Transport Department, Mr. Kabra told that the automated driving test will reduce road accidents. Only those drivers who successfully pass all the stages of the driving test will be issued a driving license. In view of the successful results of Automated Driving Test Track in Delhi and Gujarat State, it will be adopted in Chhattisgarh State also. Mr. Kabra gave detailed information about the various procedures regarding the construction of the test track.
