Governor cum Visitor Shri Vishwabhushan Harichandan has constituted a search committee to recommend a panel for the appointment of Vice Chancellor in AAFT University of Media and Arts, Math, Raipur.
According to the notification issued from Raj Bhavan Secretariat, Prof. Arvind Kumar Professor and Head Department of English K.K. Jain (P.G.) College UP. Will be the chairman of the committee and Prof. Vivek Kumar Professor Center for Rural Development and Technology Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and Dr. Kiran Gajpal Principal Government D.B. Women’s College, Raipur, Higher Education Department will be a member of the committee. This committee will present a panel of at least three persons to the Visitor within six weeks from the date of publication of the notification. In this regard, a notification has been issued from Raj Bhavan Secretariat on 27 September 2023.
The committee has been constituted under the provision contained in sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Chhattisgarh Private University (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005).
