Chief Secretary issued instructions
Raipur, 02 May 2020 . Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has directed to maintain cleanliness in the state capital offices of the state capital Raipur and all government offices located in the district and plains for proper sanitation campaign to prevent infection of corona virus (Kovid-19). In this regard, the Chief Secretary Shri RP Mandal has issued a letter to all the collectors, superintendents of police, chief executive officer of the district panchayat and forest officers have issued instructions to carry out sanitation by campaigning in their subordinate offices.
The Chief Secretary has said that as a result of the country-wide lockdown imposed due to increasing infection of Novel Corona virus (Kovid-19), work is not being done in all government offices. He has said that in the coming days, the work will be started in all the offices at the end of the lockdown. This will also lead to the movement of ordinary citizens in the offices. Since the outbreak of the global epidemic cannot be expected to decrease. In such a situation, with a view to comprehensive security of the general public and officers and employees, campaign for sanitization in all district, tehsil, district panchayat, district and other field offices including Gram Panchayat’s office should ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of the office on priority to be done.
Under this campaign, the Chief Secretary arranged sanitation, regular cleanliness, paint, handwash etc. for handwashing in all government offices and right-of-way materials and junk in offices as well as corona in offices Instructions have been given to ensure proper mechanism for prevention and control of virus infection.
