Raipur : Sanctioned rates of meals and snacks hiked on instructions of Chief Minister Mr. Baghel for police personnel serving on duty continuously

Raipur, 04 May 2020 . Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has given instructions to Home Department to hike the sanctioned rates of free breakfast, lunch and dinner of police personnel, who are playing an important role in maintaining law and order by serving continuously. Taking immediate action on Chief Minister’s instructions, the previously sanctioned rate of breakfast has been increased from Rs 15 to Rs 20 per plate. Likewise, the sanctioned rate of lunch has been increased from Rs 30 to Rs 50 and that for dinner has been increased from Rs 30 per plate to daily spending limit of Rs 70. The previously sanctioned rates for breakfast and meals of police personnel were application from 8 February 2013. On instructions of Chief Minister, these rates have been hiked.
