Admission process in schools from 02 to 05 September

Under the Right to Free and Compulsory Child Education Act (RTE), the third phase lottery will be drawn on August 31 and September 01 on vacant seats. After allotment through lottery, the process of admission in schools will be done from 02 September to 05 September.
It may be noted that under the Right to Free and Compulsory Child Education Act, 2009, at present, the process of admission in private schools of the state has been completed in the year 2023-24. Under the process, the process of lottery has been done in two phases respectively, but even after two phases of lottery, seats in private schools remain vacant. A request is being made regarding holding of lottery per phase to fill these vacant seats through parents and various mediums. To fill such vacant seats, instead of taking new applications, it has been decided to conduct the third phase of lottery on the remaining applications.
Director Public Education Mr. Sunil Jain has asked all the Divisional Joint Director Education to take necessary action in this regard to inform the concerned in their subordinate districts about this information. Along with this, the District Education Officers have been directed that if there is any problem related to the portal, parents, applications, seats before the third phase lottery, then immediately send an email to the higher office on the e-mail address maknantjam.bah/swbnpad Inform Remember, no action will be taken on the letters received after the lottery. Therefore, inform all the non-government schools operating in the district for the third phase lottery and make sure to take necessary action.
