Raipur, 1 September 2020. Revenue and Disaster Management Department of the state government grants financial assistance to the victims of various natural disasters through the District Collector. Financial assistance of Rs. 68 lakhs in 17 such cases in Surajpur district of the state. Revenue has been approved under Circular 6-4. Patiram, resident of village Dawna of Tehsil Odgi, Hiraman Singh of village Deodi, Surendra of village Masanaki, Dhankunwar of village Bishaalpur and Subaso of village Chikan were drowned in death due to financial assistance of Rs. Four lakh to the next of kin of the deceased Grant-in-aid has been approved.
Under the provisions of the Revenue Book Circular, the death of Jamunia Bai of Bhaiyathan tehsil of Surajpur district, Belasia Bai of village Shivprasad Nagar and Subaresya of village Chunagadhi due to drowning in water and the death of Sukhdev of village Barpara and Parmila Rajwada of village Khompa. Financial assistance to the families of the deceased was sanctioned due to the fall of. Financial assistance of Rs. 4 lakh has been sanctioned for the death of Dharmaprakash of village Govindpur in Tehsil Pratappur due to lightning loss, Pallavi of village Bharada of village Mayapur and Babita of village Giriya due to snake bite.
Similarly, Laldas of village Durgapur of Tehsil Premnagar died due to lightning lightning and Chandrika Prasad of village Raghunathpur, Iyaram of village Nawaparakalan died of drowning in water. Has been approved.
