Kovid guidelines issued by the Government of India will be fully followed
Tickets priced from 500 to 10 thousand rupees
Raipur, 24 February 2021. To increase public awareness about the importance of road safety, Road Safety World Series Cricket Tournament is being organized from March 5 to 21 at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium in Nava Raipur. There will be a total of 15 matches during this period. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will inaugurate this tournament. Transport Minister Mohammad Akbar reviewed the preparations in the meeting of the Executive Committee in the committee room located in the assembly premises today. Transport Minister Mr. Akbar instructed to ensure all necessary preparations including entrance gate, barricet, parking, water, sector wise route scheduling, electrical connection, flood light, generator, air condition before March 5.
Secretary Transport Dr. Kamalpreet Singh informed about the preparations being made for the tournament. He informed that the Corona Guidelines issued by the Government of India will be fully followed in the tournament event. Under this, national and international cricket players will be screened at the airport. Good arrangements are being made for buses and their stay to bring players. A temporary mobile tower will also be installed for communication during the cricket tournament. It was informed at the meeting that the price of tickets in tournaments has been kept in different categories from 500 to 10 thousand rupees. Of these, the general tickets have been fixed at Rs 500, 700, 1100 and 1500 and Golden 6000, Platinum and Silver 8000 and Box Rs 10,000.
