Raipur, 25 September 2021. A review meeting of all the Executive Engineers and Estate Officers was taken today by the Chairman of Chhattisgarh Home Construction Board, Mr. Kuldeep Singh Juneja to speed up the implementation of the residential activities of the Board.
While reviewing the Chairman of Home Nirman Board Shri Juneja directed to complete the under construction works in time-limit with quality. Along with this, while assessing the vacant plots and residential demand on the land in the built, under-construction colonies of the Mandal, he directed to prepare an action plan at the earliest. Apart from this, instructions were also given to the concerned officers to complete the deposit works of other departments within the time-limit and transfer them to the departments. Chairman Shri Juneja also directed that the implementation of Rajiv Nagar Vikas Yojana in the state should be started by the month of November under any circumstances. He gave necessary instructions to all the departmental officers for its speedy implementation.
He said that under the Rajiv Nagar Vikas Yojana, land is being provided to the Mandal by the government at Re 1 per square feet for the construction of houses. In this, the work plan is being prepared expeditiously after selecting the land according to the demand. Implementation of Rajiv Nagar Vikas Yojana will be started very soon across the state. During this, the sale of vacant properties of the Board and the recovery of the outstanding amount of the properties sold were directed. Now, instructions have also been given regarding transfer of GAD by completing the work by the month of November. In the review meeting, Commissioner Chhattisgarh Home Construction Board Dr. Ayyaz Tamboli, Additional Commissioner Mr. H.K. Verma, Additional Commissioner Shri H.K. Joshi, Shri M.D. Panaria and Chief Estate Officer Shri P.K. Sonwani and other departmental officers were present.
