The quarterly update period of registered real estate projects was also extended to 31 October.
Raipur 20 May 2020.The registration period of all real estate projects in the state completed by the Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) on or after 25 March 2020 has been extended by 6 months. Separate new registrations for all such real estate projects will be issued by the authority as per the instructions of Mr. Vivek Dhand, Chairman of RERA.
Similarly, the quarterly update period from January to March 2020 was extended by the Authority by one month from May 31, 2020. Now, increasing the quarter to six months, January to March 2020 and April to June 2020, the date of quarterly update has been extended to 31 October 2020.
Authority’s Registrar Dr. Anupriya Mishra said that the extension of the period of registrations of all real estate projects was decided by the Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority in exercise of the powers conferred in Section 37 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016. has gone.
