Meeting held at Raj Bhavan to prepare for the event

On the occasion of Republic Day, on 26 January 2024, a “Welcome Ceremony” will be organized at Raj Bhavan from 5:15 pm in the dignified presence of Governor Shri Vishwabhushan Harichandan. In which the citizens of the state awarded with Padmashree and Padma Bhushan, public representatives and distinguished citizens will be invited.
‘At Home Function’ program will be organized in the evening on the occasion of Republic Day at Raj Bhavan. To prepare for this program, today Secretary to the Governor Shri Amrit Kumar Khalkho held a meeting of various departments. He gave necessary directions to the concerned officials.
Gave all necessary instructions regarding cleanliness of Raj Bhavan complex and surrounding areas, lighting and lighting system, traffic, security and law and order, parking system, electricity system, printing and distribution of invitation cards and other arrangements during the Republic Day celebrations. Went.
