Minister launched the ‘Sughar Padvaiya’ scheme in the program organized on
Children ‘s Day.
Children are the real nation builders of the future. Their upbringing, education initiation should be done very carefully. What you learn in childhood is useful for life. The said things were said by the Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel during the program organized on Children’s Day at the Auditorium located in the Science College campus. He told the children that both sports and studies are important. Read a lot, play a lot and make good use of your time. The special feature of the program was that the entire program was conducted by the school children in the presence of the Chief Minister.
Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel addressed school children at Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium, located in the Science College campus of Raipur, on the birth anniversary of the country’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Giving best wishes on Children’s Day, the Chief Minister said that a strong nation can be built only through quality education. Chief Minister Shri Baghel also released books ‘Sughar Padvaiya’ and ‘Lika Mann Ke Goth’. Patriotic songs, Chhattisgarhi dance and songs and karate were also performed by the school students in the program.
In the program, the Chief Minister also honored four talented children of the state Rakesh Kumar, Sanjana Bandhe, Deepika Thakur and Vidya Rajput. Presiding over the program on this occasion, School Education Minister Dr Premsai Singh Tekam said that according to the intention of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the State Government is paying special attention in the field of education and remarkable works are being done. It will bring better results in future.
Parliamentary Secretaries Shri Dwarkadhish Yadav and Shri Vikas Upadhyay, Principal Secretary Dr. Alok Shukla, Managing Director of Samagra Shiksha Shri Narendra Kumar Dugga, Officer Employees of School Education Department and students from different districts of the state were present in large numbers in the program.
Chief Minister appreciated – Chief Minister Baghel also appreciated the drawing made with feet by Ms. Bhavna Sahu, a class 11th handicapped student of Bhanveda in Kanker district. Bhavna gave the message of efficient use of water on the theme of Jal Hi Jeevan.
Exhibition organized by school children – On the occasion of Children’s Day, the School Education Department also put up an exhibition in the auditorium. The exhibition includes teaching children through kindergarten, presentation of multi-talented children, education of children with special needs, skillful reading by children, demonstration of oral mathematics, learning with toys, learning in Angana, material prepared by children under vocational education Presentation of children proficient in various skills, Presentation of activities through Maths and Science club, Demonstration of activities being done in school by children of English Hindi medium schools under Swami Atmanand Utkrisht Yojana, Demonstration of girls for physical development and self-defense , Education in the local language and introduction to the Constitution etc. stalls have been set up and the stalls were also led by the children.
