Inauguration of Shri Ram Vatika and infrastructure development works in Ramgarh included in Ram Vanagaman tourism path

Ram Vanagaman Tourism Circuit gave Surguja an indelible identity in the religious, cultural and tourism map.

Ramgarh of Surguja, included in the ambitious Ram Vanagaman tourism circuit of Chhattisgarh government, was dedicated to Lord Shri Ram from today. Deputy Chief Minister Shri T.S. Singhdev unveiled the 25 feet tall statue of Lord Shri Ram in Ramgarh today. Along with this, he also inaugurated various construction works including Shri Ram Vatika, Tourist Information Center costing Rs. 6 crore 76 lakh, Public Approach Road Development, Cottage and Dormitory under Ram Vanagaman Tourism Circuit. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Singhdev planted a sapling of ‘Saptasur’ in Shri Ram Vatika there.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri T.S. While addressing the inauguration program, Singhdev said that Chhattisgarh, especially Surguja division is full of natural beauty. Thanking Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel for conceptualizing the Ram Vanagaman Tourism Circuit, Mr. Singhdev said that our vision for a better state and public welfare included employment and development opportunities as well as creating employment opportunities in tourism. Thoughts were taken, the result of which is in front of everyone today. Today we are remembering Lord Ram by looking at his statue. Efforts are being made to give the structure of a court here soon.
Shri Singhdev said that stories related to Ramayana are prevalent in the entire region. Efforts are being made to ensure smooth transportation so that outside tourists can also be brought here. If you work on an auspicious occasion, you will definitely get success. Ram ji has established himself here, now with his grace Surguja will get a new identity. There are many historical and faith centers in Surguja including Sitabengra, Sita Chulha. Our government is continuously working for their development. Now it has become easy to go to Ramgarh Hills. The government has also increased facilities by fulfilling basic needs.
Food and Culture Minister Shri Amarjeet Bhagat said in the program that during the 14 years of exile of Lord Shri Ram, his lotus feet fell in Ramgarh, which is a matter of good fortune for the entire Surguja. Referring to the incident of Ramayana, he said that during his exile, Lord Shri Ram had a close relationship with the tribal people. If Mata Kaushalya Temple is built anywhere in the whole world including India, it is in Chandkhuri, Chhattisgarh. He said that the ambitious Ram Vanagaman Tourism Circuit Scheme of the Chhattisgarh government under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has given an indelible identity to Chhattisgarh in the religious, cultural and tourism map.
Addressing the program, MLA Lundra Dr. Pritam Ram said that various works have been inaugurated today at the holy place Ramgarh. Ram Vanagaman Path is an ambitious scheme of the government which will prove to be important in promoting tourism in Surguja. He said that transport facilities are being continuously expanded in Surguja so that tourists can reach here easily and see the beauty of Surguja closely. Chairman of Chhattisgarh Tourism Board Shri Atal Shrivastava said in his address that Surguja is a very beautiful place. We are constantly working in the direction of tourism so that people can know about the cultural, religious and tourist places here. People from across the country and abroad came to see. Mr. Srivastava said that the government has started many schemes for the betterment of the tribals. In this episode, the work of beautifying the footprints of Lord Shriram is being done. It is being developed as Ram Vanagaman tourism circuit from Sitamarhi to Sukma.
