Joint rally to end in Chandkuri: Chief Minister will be included
Raipur 17 December 2020. A bike rally started from Sukma district under Ram Van Gaman tourism circuit reached Nayapara in Raipur district this morning. This rally was grandly welcomed in various villages like Semra, Tila, Koliari, Nawagaon etc. Similarly, the rally started on December 14 from Koriya district is also entering Raipur district via Sirpur, Nadimod in Mahasamund district. This rally will later be a joint rally to reach the sacred Dhara Chandkuri of Mata Kaushalya in Raipur district where the closing ceremony of the rally will be attended by the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel and ministers and dignitaries.
Abhanpur MLA Shri Dhanendra Sahu, Municipal President Shri Dhanraj Madhani, Collector Dr. S.N. Bhartidasan, Senior Superintendent of Police Shri Ajay Yadav, CEO, District Panchayat Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and the public representatives and ordinary citizens welcomed the grand and intimate. Gariaband District Panchayat President Ms. Smriti Thakur, Collector Mr. Nilesh Kumar Kshirsagar, Superintendent of Police were also present on the occasion. During this time, the rural women, wearing flowers and urns, received Ramrath amidst the tune of Ram and recited Ramayana recitations and bhajans at the venue.
It is known that this rath yatra starting from Ramaram in Sukma district in the south of the state and reaching Chandkhuri, entered Tongpal, Bastanar, Barsur, Vishrampuri, Komalpur, Jhunjhara, Sihawa-Nawapara and Raipur district via Rajim. In the Rath Yatra and Baik Rally, the Ramayana book, the bike along with the hoardings and vehicle sound system, the rally entered Raipur district.
Under the Ram Van Gaman tourism circuit in Raipur district, there is an unprecedented enthusiasm among the villagers for the Tourism Rath Yatra and Bike Rally and villagers are giving a grand welcome to the said Rath Yatra with flower petals and flower garlands. At the place, the idols of Lord Shri Ram, Sita Maiya and Laxman ji are being greeted and aarti is performed.
