Thousands of people are reaching Rajyotsav Ground to see the exhibition of government departments, stalls, craft village, food court and Meena bazaar

Under Chhattisgarh State Foundation Day Rajyotsav 2024, the programs and cultural evening organized at Rajyotsav Sthal Nava Raipur on November 5 will be inaugurated by lighting of the lamp by Governor Shri Ramen Deka. On this occasion, the program will be presided over by Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai.
On this occasion, Deputy Chief Ministers Mr. Arun Saw and Mr. Vijay Sharma, Minister Mr. Ramvichar Netam, Mr. Dayal Das Baghel, Mr. Kedar Kashyap, Mr. Lakhanlal Dewangan, Mr. Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Mr. OP Choudhary, Mrs. Laxmi Rajwade and Mr. Tankaram Verma, Leader of Opposition Dr. Charan Das Mahant, MP Mr. Brijmohan Agarwal, MLAs Mr. Rajesh Munat, Purandar Mishra, Motilal Sahu, Anuj Sharma, Guru Khuswant Saheb, Indra Kumar Sahu and other public representatives will be the special guests of the program.
It is worth mentioning that the three-day Chhattisgarh Rajyotsav was inaugurated on November 4 under the chief hospitality of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. On November 6, the State Decoration Ceremony and Rajyotsav will conclude under the chief hospitality of Vice President Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar. All the government departments have set up grand exhibition stalls based on government schemes and achievements at the Rajyotsav venue. Public sector undertakings and commercial institutions have also set up stalls to display and sell their products. Thousands of people are arriving with their families to see the Shilp Gram, Food Court, exhibition of government departments and Meena Bazaar at the Rajyotsav. The decoration of the Rajyotsav venue is very attractive, which is attracting the visitors.

In Rajyotsav on 5th November, from 5 pm, cultural ‘Lahar Ganga’ by Shri Puranik Sahu will be presented, Shri Surendra Sahu, Bhola Yadav and companions will present folk tunes on banjo, shehnai and flute. After the presentation of ‘The Moon Light Raga’ by Shri Mohan Naidu and companions from 6 pm, Rajesh Awasthi will sing, Ms Aru Sahu will present Chhattisgarhi folk songs and from 8.30 pm, there will be a performance by the famous playback singer Ms Neeti Mohan.
