Raipur: Quarantine centers will be set up at village panchayat level for prevention of Kovid-19: Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel directed

Raipur 10 April 2021. On the guidance of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, a quarantine center will be set up at the Gram Panchayat level for prevention of Kovid-19 in the state. Panchayat and Rural Development Department Chhattisgarh has issued guidelines regarding establishment of quarantine center at village panchayat level for prevention of Kovid-19 today. Guidelines in this regard have been issued by Secretary Panchayat and Rural Development Department to all Collectors and Chief Executive Officers of Zilla Panchayat.

It is mentioned in the guideline that the corona virus (Kovid 19) by the state government
Various necessary steps are being taken for prevention, prevention and control. Quick detection and treatment of the patient is being done by active surveillance at the community level to prevent the epidemic of corona virus. To prevent the spread of corona infection, quarantine centers are to be set up for people coming from outside to the villages like quarantine centers already established. This quarantine center is to be kept outside the village in the Gram Panchayat of the concerned district. Following the guidelines issued by the Department of Health and Family Welfare and Panchayat and Rural Development Department regarding the operation of the quarantine center, ensure immediate re-establishment of the quarantine center. Self-help groups of the village as per local conditions to monitor the quarantine center , Yuva Samiti, formed for Ramayana Bhajan Mandali and Kovid-19
Cooperation of monitoring committee and other local committee should be taken. Bathing preparations should be done well in advance by using bamboo, sacks etc. for the bathing of women from the quarantine center,
and the toilet of the premises should be prepared for use by cleaning the toilets.
Necessary materials such as sanitizer bottle, phenyl, dustbin,
broom, bucket, mattress, carpets, bath and laundry soap, etc. should be made available for the persons staying at the quarantine center . For quarantine center, items like masks, sanitizers, soaps, donas, petals should be purchased from local self-help groups in the district.

Gram Panchayats should also undertake disinfecting of public places including buildings and roads, cleanliness, safe disposal of filth. As many as possible dry rations and other necessary materials should be made available to the people staying in the Quarantine Center so that they can take their food Could prepare themselves. If there is no arrangement for making food, arrangements should be made to prepare food and distribute it with adequate care and distance.

In any case, people living in quarantine should
not be allowed to leave the premises / identified area , nor should any work outside them be taken. Do not allow their family
members etc. to enter the center. In the center,
community activities like bhajan-kirtan, sports, yoga, training will be banned, this should be strictly followed
.

In the selection of buildings for the quarantine center, care should be taken that the buildings in which the examination of the twelfth is scheduled to be held should not be made a quarantine center. Arrangements should be made in other buildings. In order to provide basic facilities as mentioned above in quarantine center, the unaccounted amount and the basic amount of the 15th Finance Commission, as the case may be, should be used as per rules. In the quarantine center, if anyone sees a cold-fever or any other such symptom, then it should be checked immediately. If the person is found corona positive, then they should be immediately
admitted to the Isolation Center or Covid Care Center established by the Health Department . Instructions have been issued by the Health Department from time to time for the operation of the isolation center. Instructions have been given to ensure strict adherence to the above instructions.
