Raipur: Quality progress of the works of “Ram Van Gaman Path” road should be ensured: Chief Secretary R.P. Board

Raipur, 13 November 2020. The Chief Secretary, R. Bhupesh Baghel’s dream project “Ram Van Gaman Path”, construction works of the road today. P. Mandal visited and reviewed. Along with the Chief Secretary, PCCF  Rakesh Chaturvedi, Secretary Tourism P. Anbalagan and Managing Director of Tourism Board Ms. Ranu Sahu were also on the occasion.
The Chief Secretary directed the officers to preserve the progress and quality and historicity of the works of Mata Kaushalya Temple Chandkuri. Significantly, according to ancient belief, Chandkhuri is the maternal uncle of Mata Kaushalya i.e. Lord Shree Rama’s maternal grandfather. The temple of Mata Kaushalya is an important part of the Ram Van Gaman Path, which is 20 km from the capital. The 26-acre campus of the temple is under development. Its total cost is 17 crores. In this, work is being done at a cost of Rs 7 crore 89 lakh in the first phase.
