Raipur, 5 February 2022. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has directed the Chief Secretary to make arrangements for online monitoring of applications of public problems to ensure that the public problems related to the departments related to the general public like revenue, police, electricity, health and urban bodies are resolved within the time limit.
The Chief Minister has said that efforts should be made that from March 1, 2022, the facility of online monitoring of the status of redressal of public grievances should be started. He has said that online monitoring of the status of redressal of public grievances should be ensured from the level of Chief Minister’s Secretariat and Chief Secretary. Along with this, it should be a facility for the common people that they can register their problems sitting at home from any part of the state and they should get information about the action taken to solve the problem while sitting at home.
With the introduction of this system, citizens will not have to make rounds of offices and their problems will be solved sitting at home.
