Training for operation of Cyber Crime Analysis and Profiling System Portal completed

Cyber criminals will now be caught more easily. Psycheps portal has been developed for tracking cyber criminals. Police officers and employees were trained for the operation of this portal at the Police Headquarters, Nava Raipur.
At the inauguration of the training session, Additional Director General of Police (Technical Services) Shri Pradeep Gupta expressed concern about the high rise in cyber crime. They have started CyCAPS portal for its redressal.Appreciating all the officers and employees involved in the training, understanding the tools available in the portal and stressed on its effective use. In the training, Shri Devender Singh, Superintendent of Police, Special Cell, Intelligence Department (Telangana Police) gave detailed information about the operation of the portal to the trainees. He was informed that CyCAPS portal has been developed for tracking and apprehending cyber criminals, which is linked to various databases like NCRP, Cyber Safe, CCTN S etc.
Shri Singh said that with the help of the portal, important information related to cyber criminals like cyber crime, number of complaints, cyber crime hotspots, profiles, devices and financial activities are available in one platform, which will help in nabbing cyber criminals. Will get He told that in this portal the login id of all the districts. It has been made so that all the units at the district level can get access to the portal.
In the training, Deputy Inspector General of Police Rajnandgaon Shri Ram Gopal Garg, Additional Superintendent of Police (Technical Services) from Police Headquarters Shri Kavi Gupta and Cyber Nodal Officers and Cyber Cell in-charge of all the districts participated through virtual medium.
