President Draupadi Murmu is coming to Chhattisgarh on August 31 on a two-day visit. During this, she will participate in different programs organized in the capital Raipur and Bilaspur. This is Draupadi Murmu’s first visit to Chhattisgarh after becoming the President. The minute to minute program of the President has been issued.
President Draupadi Murmu will reach Raipur airport on August 31 at 11.05 am in a special flight. After this, she will participate in the program organized at Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Trust Shanti Sarovar, Raipur. Apart from this, she will also visit Mahant Ghasidas Museum. The next day she will visit the Mahamaya temple in Bilaspur and attend the convocation ceremony of Guru Ghasidas Central University. 31st August Minute to Minute Program

Will attend the banquet organized by Brahmakumari at Raj Bhavan at 1:00 pm
Leaving Raj Bhavan at 4:00 pm and reaching Mahant Ghasidas Museum at 4:10 pm
After staying at Raj Bhavan for 35 minutes, she will leave for Raj Bhavan.

Chhattisgarh police and administration are all on alert mode regarding the visit of President Draupadi Murmu. Vigorous preparations are being made to welcome the President at Raipur Airport. Culture Minister Amarjeet Bhagat has inspected the Archaeological Department of the Culture Department’s office on August 24 itself, where he gave directions to the concerned officers-employees to make all arrangements for the President’s visit.
Will attend the convocation ceremony of Central University
The next day, on September 1, the President will attend the 10th convocation ceremony of Central University Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur. Preparation is going on from the side of the university management regarding this also. University Vice-Chancellor Professor Alok Kumar Chakrawal instructed the convenors, co-convenors and coordinators to complete all the works at the earliest keeping in view the ongoing construction work and other works at the venue of the ceremony, university campus. PhD degrees will be awarded to 28 research scholars and gold medals to 76 students. These include the University Medal, the Chancellor’s Medal and the Guru Ghasidas University Medal and the Donor Medal.
