For the academic session 2022-23, the JEE Joint Entrance Examination-1 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) from June 23 to 29, announced on July 11, in the examination results conducted by the Department of Scheduled Castes and Tribes and the children of Eklavya Vidyalaya, performed brilliantly. has done. 137 out of 365 students of Prayas sitting in the examination and 48 out of 116 students of Eklavya are sure to qualify. It is noteworthy that this year, out of 365 students of Prayas residential schools in 8 districts of the state sitting in JEE Joint Entrance Examination-1, 137 students are likely to qualify on the basis of last year’s category wise cut-off. Similarly, out of 116 students appearing in the Eklavya Adarsh Residential School examination, 48 students are likely to qualify.
In the declared examination result, the examination result of Prayas Boys Residential School, Raipur has been the best. Out of 72 students who appeared in the examination from this school, 49 students have a good chance of cracking JEE Mains Session-1, which is 68 percent of the total students. The students have made the department proud by achieving stupendous success. Not only this, Himanshu Sahu, a student of Prayas Boys Residential School, Raipur, has topped among the students of Prayas by securing maximum marks in JEE Joint Entrance Examination-1. 48 out of 116 students of Eklavya Adarsh Residential School are likely to be successful. Out of 84 students admitted to provide JEE Mains Advance and NEET coaching for the children of Eklavya Model Residential School at Headquarters Raipur this year by the Scheduled Castes and Tribes Department, 14 students out of 39 students who appeared in JEE Mains-1 examination were selected.
