Food Minister Jan Chaupal and participated in sports program
Raipur 17 March 2021. Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister Shri Amarjeet Bhagat on Wednesday participated in the Jan Choupal and Sports Competition program organized by the Police Department in village Deogarh of Sitapur development block in Surguja district. He gave away prizes to the successful participants in the competition.
Addressing the program, Food Minister Shri Bhagat said that the police department is earning people’s trust by doing better social work along with protecting the people. Police responsibility is important in many ways. From officer to soldier are always ready according to the working conditions. Along with departmental responsibilities, they are working to strengthen their faith within the society by organizing programs like social policing and sports.
Hearing the problems of the villagers who came from far and wide in Jan Chaupal organized on this occasion, Minister Shri Bhagat instructed the officers of the concerned department to resolve them. During this time, Inspector General of Police Shri RP Sysa, Superintendent of Police Shri TR Koshima, including local public representatives, officer-employees, rural people and sports enthusiasts were present.
