Raipur, 26 July 2021. A decision has been taken by the state government regarding starting offline classes of the School Education Department in the state. According to the order issued by the Department of School Education in this regard from the Ministry here today, permission has been given to start offline classes on the basis of conditions.
According to the conditions of starting offline classes, classes of class 10th and 12th in all private and government schools under the Department of School Education will start from Monday, August 2, 2021. It is necessary to obtain the recommendation of the concerned Gram Panchayat and the parent committee of the school for rural areas in relation to starting classes from class one to five and class eight in all private and government schools under the School Education Department. For urban areas, it is necessary to get the recommendation of the concerned ward councilor and the parent committee of the school. These classes can be started from Monday 2 August 2021 only after receiving their recommendation.
According to the terms of the order, these classes will be started in those districts where the positivity rate of corona has been less than 1 percent for 7 days. Students will be called for offline classes at the interval of one day, that is, only half the number of students will be called daily. If any student has cold, cough, fever etc., he/she will not be allowed to sit in the class. Online classes will continue to be conducted as per the order. Attendance will not be mandatory for any student. The instructions to prevent corona infection issued from time to time by the Central Government and the State Government will have to be ensured. In the order, the rooms of all educational institutions have been asked to be cleaned properly.
