Raipur: Peace will be established with development in the society with goodwill, morality and de-addiction: Ms. Anusuiya Uike

Raipur, 14 February 2021. The Ahimsa Yatra of Paramcharya Mahashraman Ji of Terapanth for goodwill, morality and de-addiction will surely be meaningful in the direction of establishing peace and harmony in the society. By this, people will get away from social evils and participate for the development of the state. Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uike said these things today at the Maryada Mahotsav organized by Jain Swalambis at Jainam Manas Bhawan, Nava Raipur.

Ms. Uike said that India has been a country of saints and saints. Chhattisgarh has become proud with the debut of Acharya Mahashraman Ji in the land here. He said that I have pledged to follow the paths laid down by the saints and saints and to be ready for the service of the day-sorrows and the people. It is worth mentioning that on the occasion of 157th Maryada Festival, Mangal Entrance ceremony was organized on the first city arrival of Shri Mahashraman, the eleventh Adhiacharya of Terapanth Dharm Sangh.

Ms. Uike said that Acharya Mahashraman is a saint of the Shvetambara Terapanth branch of Jainism. Shri Mahashraman Ji is conveying the message of goodwill, morality and addiction to the entire human society through this journey. I wish that they will surely succeed in the sacred purpose they are traveling with. Our Chhattisgarh has also been the territory of sages and saints. This tradition has been maintained for centuries. Whenever there was some kind of crisis in the society, saints showed the right path.

Governor Ms. Uike lauded the nearly 50 thousand km non-violence journey undertaken by Acharya Shri Mahashramanji in 23 states of India including three countries Nepal, Bhutan for goodwill, ethics and de-addiction. He greeted Chhattisgarh’s debut at the Maryada Festival held in the capital Raipur via the jungles and complex routes of Konta, Dantewada, Geedam, Jagdalpur, Kondagaon, Keshkal and Dhamtari. Ms. Uike said that the life of Acharya Shri Mahashraman ji is a symbol of sacrifice. They teach tolerance by attacking social evils and superstitions. Quit evil, quit addiction, do not commit feticide, do not discriminate, bring purity in public life, become a national character – with these undertakings and programs, they meet the common people from the village or city from morning to evening, giving them messages Let’s explain to each person. In this way, Acharya ji is continuously moving forward by building and uplifting the society, his life is a light for the society. Governor Ms. Uike also visited the free health camp run by Jain society and praised the organizing committee.

Addressing the Mars entry ceremony at Maryada Festival, Acharya Shri Mahashraman Ji said that Maryada Festival of Terapanth Dharm Sangh is an ideal form of religion, which gives faith to good and courage to fight against evil. Shri Mahashraman Ji said that this festival has the implication that dignity cannot be separated from life. Maryada means faith which keeps one awake to the lofty ideals of life, pure policies and resolutions made. Shri Acharya said that the gift of Maryada celebration to the dignities and linking it with your life, go on the path of dignity. Acharya Shri Mahashraman Ji said that treat all beings as yourself, which is unfavorable for yourself, do not behave in the same way for others. One should always work to bring peace to another. He said that non-violence, sanyam and austerity are in life. We should assimilate non-violence into our lives. Control the senses and do penance in life, serving others is also akin to asceticism. He pledged goodwill, morality and de-addiction to the gentlemen present.

Prominent among the Maryada Mahotsav are Muni Mahaviramuni, Extraordinary Sadhvi Pramukha Shri Kanakaprabhaji, Sadhvi Neojika Vishrutvibhaji, Sadhvi Varya Siddhud Yashaji, High Court Judge Shri Gautam ji Chaudariya, Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Rekhachand Jain, Maryada Mahotsav Committee President Mr. Mahendra Dhadiwal, General Secretary Mr. Narendra A large number of followers of Jainism including Treasurer Shri Motilal Baid were present.
