Drup Nishad’s family thanked the Chief Minister and the Health Minister

Under Chirayu Yojana, the successful treatment of Drup Nishad, a resident of Baigindih village in Sarangarh-Bilaigarh district, has been successfully treated. For this, the family members of Drup Nishad urged Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel and Health Minister Mr. T.S. Thank you to Chirayu Dal Sarangarh along with Singh Dev.
It is worth mentioning that under the guidance of Collector Dr. Fariha Alam Siddiqui and under the efficient leadership of Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Nirala, the Chirayu team has achieved success in the treatment of eyelid paralysis (ptosis). During his daily health check-up program by Chirayu Team Sarangarh, boy Drup Nishad, age 8, resident of Bagindih, who has paralysis of the eyelids, which is called ptosis in medical language, in which the eyelids partially or completely cover the eye. Due to which there is a problem in seeing, almost the eye looks closed and it is also uncomfortable to see. Whose only treatment is operation, which is corrected by ophthalmic surgeons through operation.
The Chirayu team guides this identified child by staying in full contact from investigation and identification to treatment and operation and motivates and cooperates for the treatment. The operation of this child was done at Bhatia Netralaya Bhilai on August 8, 2023 by an ophthalmic surgeon which was completely free of cost. The baby is now feeling much healthier than before. The family members are also appreciating their guide Chirayu team and doctor and have also expressed their gratitude for this scheme of the government. District Program Manager Shri. l. Izardar, Block Medical Officer Dr. Sidar, District Nodal (Chirayu) Dr. P. D. Khare, Dr. Namrata, Dr. Prabha, Dr. Gauri Jaiswal, Lalita (ANM) of Chirayu team with the special support of these identified children. Has been successfully diagnosed and treated.
It is worth mentioning that through Chirayu team, health check-up is done in all Anganwadi centers and government schools. Chirayu team provides free health benefits to the school children once in the whole session and 2 times to the children of Anganwadi by dividing the entire diseases into 4 categories and identifying them for treatment. In this work, along with the health department, education department, women and child development, panchayat department have an important contribution.
Chirayu team works on 4 DISHes (Defects – Congenital Disorders, Diseases – Diseases, Deficiency – Deficiency Disorders and Developmental Delay – Developmental Delay and Disability). For the first class for their treatment, arrangements are made in major institutions like District Hospital, Medical College, PGI and AIIMS etc. For the second class – there is arrangement at Community Health Center, District Hospital level. For class III there is arrangement at Primary Health Center, Community Health Center, Nutrition Rehabilitation Center level and for class IV there is arrangement for treatment at District Hospital and Early Intervention Center “Jatan” level.
