Envirothon on 1st June, speech and poster competition on 4th June
Competition is being organized by Chhattisgarh Environment Protection Board

Many programs are being organized by the Chhattisgarh Environment Protection Board on World Environment Day. First of all, on June 01, 2023, an Envirothon has been organized in three class groups on the topic Solution for Waste Utilization in the Kalinga University campus. Organized jointly with Kalinga University, students of classes 10th to 12th in the first class, all graduates in the second class and postgraduate students in the third class will be able to participate in this programme. The first prize is Rs 21,000, the second prize is Rs 15,000 and the third prize is Rs 11,000. The second phase of the competition will be organized on June 05 at Naveen Vishram Grah, Civil Line, Raipur.
Chhattisgarh Environment Protection Board has organized a speech and poster competition on June 4, 2023 from 10 am at New Convention Hall, Naveen Vishram Grih, Civil Line, Raipur. The theme of these competitions is “Reducing the use of single use plastic by bringing changes in personal habits and behaviours”. Speech competition for two age groups 13 to 17 years and 18 to 21 years and poster competition for three age groups up to 12 years and 13 years. to 17 years and 18 to 21 years, in which separate prizes will be given.
The participants of the competition will have to bring photocopies of their identity card and age proof along with them. Registration will be done at the venue of the competition. It is mandatory for the participants to be present at 9.30 am for registration. Attractive cash prizes have been kept as prizes in the competition. The winners will be awarded on 5 June 2023 on the occasion of World Environment Day in a program organized at New-Circuit House, Civil Lines, Raipur.
