Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that the operations of the security forces against the Naxalites will continue, the work of setting up camps in the area of ​​influence of the Naxalites will be done at a rapid pace. The Chief Minister, after returning back to Raipur today, inquired about the incident of police-Naxal encounter at Bijapur from senior administrative and police officials of the state at Swami Vivekananda Airport. The Chief Minister said that our soldiers have been martyred in the fight, but they have fought bravely. I bow to their martyrdom.

The Chief Minister said that our security forces are fighting the battle with high spirits by entering into their den from the Naxalites. Naxalites have suffered a lot in this fight between the security forces and the Naxalites in Bijapur. We have received information that the Naxalites filled the tractor in 4 and took the dead and injured Naxalites from the scene of the incident. He said that during this 4-hour-long battle, the forces of the security forces were high and they fought valiantly by entering inside the Naxalite area of ​​influence.

He said that in Chhattisgarh, the influence of Naxalites has been decreasing continuously and now their impact has been left only in a very limited area. He is doing this kind of events to make his presence felt. We are continuously setting up police camps in their area of ​​influence and will continue this work even further.
