On his birthday, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel gifted development works worth 55 crore 33 lakh 56 thousand to the people of the region in the inauguration and Bhumi Pujan program organized at Kumhari in Durg district. In which dedication of development works worth Rs 7 crore 95 lakh 43 thousand and Bhoomi Pujan of development works worth Rs 47 crore 38 lakh 13 thousand are included. On the occasion of his birthday, the Chief Minister was weighed by the citizens with laddoos and the farmers with paddy on the stage.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel inaugurated development works worth Rs. 4 crore 73 lakh 93 thousand for various development works under Municipal Council Kumhari area and development works worth Rs. 3 crore 21 lakh 50 thousand for 3 construction works under Agricultural Produce Market Committee of Durg. Similarly, under Bhumi Pujan, he spent 13 crore 61 lakh 36 thousand for the renovation and lining work of Bhilai distributary of development block Patan and its 5 minor canals, construction of road and culvert in 1.5 km area from Kumhari Bada Talab (ward no. 13) to Kumhari Shamshan Ghat. 3 crore 49 lakh 15 thousand rupees, Rs 4 crore 1 lakh 85 thousand for various development works under Nagar Palika Parishad Kumhari area and 26 crore 25 lakh 77 thousand rupees for 16 construction works under Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Durg. Did.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel thanked all the citizens for giving birthday blessings while saluting the freedom fighters of Patan region. He said that political awareness has been there since the beginning in Patan area. With the blessings of the elderly people of Patan area, today I have got the opportunity to serve the state. Chhattisgarh state is the state of farmers. The government is running schemes to uplift the economic condition of the farmers. Beneficiaries are getting the direct benefit of the schemes of the government. In the last quarter to five years, an amount of 1 lakh 70 crores has been deposited in the accounts of the beneficiaries of various schemes. The government stood with the people even in the odd situation of the Corona period. We have moved ahead with service. Plans have been made keeping in mind every person and every family. Beneficiaries are getting benefited by the smooth operation of these schemes. He said that today agriculture has become a profitable business with increasing production.
