Ashrams and hostels will be built in the districts at a cost of Rs 211 crore

On the initiative of Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Minister Shri Ram Vichar, the Tribal Welfare Department has started the process of construction of 121 ashram-hostel buildings. Ashram-hostel buildings will be constructed in various districts of the state at a cost of more than Rs 211 crore. This will provide education cum residential facilities to thousands of children of the state.
It is worth noting that the process of construction of ashram-hostel in the state was pending for a long time. Minister Shri Netam took this matter seriously in the departmental review meeting and directed the officials to ensure all the necessary arrangements for the construction of the building.
