Gaurav Samagam 2023 will be included in the ‘Urban Pride Awards’ program

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will attend ‘Gaurav Samagam 2023, Urban Pride Awards’ program organized at Hotel Babylon International in the capital Raipur as the chief guest on February 15 at 12 noon. Urban Administration and Development Minister Dr. Shiv Kumar Dahria will be present as a special guest in this one-day awareness program organized by the Urban Administration Department for the mayors and presidents of the urban bodies and the felicitation ceremony of the urban bodies that have excelled in the implementation of the flagship schemes. .
In the programme, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will interact directly with the mayors of municipal corporations, chairpersons of municipal councils and nagar panchayats and award urban bodies for excellent implementation of departmental schemes. Mr. Baghel will also release a video based on the achievements of the Urban Administration and Development Department and a coffee table book based on departmental achievements during the program. In the programme, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will honor three beneficiaries of Chhattisgarh announced by the Government of India at the Dandian Urban Housing Conclave in Rajkot.
Brief information about the ambitious schemes of the government will be given by the departmental officers in this programme. Along with this, the bodies performing excellently in various departmental schemes such as Chief Minister Slum Health Scheme, Shri Dhanwantri Generic Medical Stores Scheme, Swachh Bharat Mission, Housing Mission for All, Urban Livelihood Mission and Property Tax Collection etc. will be rewarded by Chief Minister Mr. Baghel. Along with the development works in the urban bodies, the Chief Minister will hold an open discussion with the mayors and presidents to take steps towards fast and well-planned development of the cities and brainstorming will be done to speed up the urban development.
