Raipur 15 May 2022. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has extended warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the state including all Buddhists on the occasion of Buddha Purnima on 16 May. In his congratulatory message, he has said that Mahatma Buddha gave the message of non-violence, equality and universal brotherhood to the people. His teachings were adopted by people abroad as well and millions of followers are following the path shown by him and giving the message of peace to the country and the world. Shri Baghel said that the teachings of Gautam Buddha are relevant in every situation and time. His teachings give us the message to move ahead with restraint.
