The applicant has claimed that he has submitted the documents demanded by the corporation officials, but now the corporation officials are pressuring him to sell this shop, otherwise his shop will be demolished.

In this case, the Corporation Commissioner of Zone 4 says that action has been taken against illegal construction. On the question of compromise, he said that first the illegal construction will be demolished and then further action will be taken.
