Raipur: Newly appointed members of Secondary Education Board were welcomed and honoured

A welcome and felicitation ceremony for the newly appointed board members was organized today in the auditorium of Chhattisgarh Secondary Education Board, Raipur. The felicitation ceremony was inaugurated by lighting a lamp and garlanding the statue of Maa Saraswati.

In the function, the newly appointed members of Chhattisgarh Secondary Education Board, Mr. Doman Lal Korsewada MLA Ahiwara, Mr. Motilal Sahu MLA Raipur Rural, Mr. Ramkumar Toppo MLA Sitapur and Mr. Asharam Netam MLA Kanker as well as educationists Mr. L.D. Dubey, Mr. Omkar Singh Thakur, Mr. Rishi Kashyap, Mr. Jitendra Singh Thakur, Mr. Prafull Sharma, Mr. Sunil Pandya, Mr. Chandrakant Tiwari, Dr. Hitesh Kumar Dewan, Mr. Kirti Vyas, Mr. Anil Das Gupta, Mr. Sanjay Thakur, Mr. Prakash Yadav, Mrs. Indu Agarwal, Mrs. Shraddha Mishra, Mrs. Diksha Gangrade were welcomed and honoured.

On this occasion, MLA Shri Doman Lal Korsevada said that I have a natural inclination towards education. I have always worked for the Dalits and the exploited in my area. I once received the Best MLA award. MLA Shri Moti Lal Sahu said that he attended the Pravesh Utsav in many schools and there he saw all the children attending the school with enthusiasm and also saw the teachers doing their work diligently. This year the board exam results were very good.

MLA Shri Ramkumar Toppo said that I understood the importance of education while serving the country in the army, so I earned many degrees and the credit for my coming into politics also goes to my teachers. MLA Shri Asharam Netam said that I belong to a tribal dominated area. The condition of education there is backward, a lot of work needs to be done on this. There is a need to improve the education system. Similarly, other Mandal members expressed their commitment to work together under the new education policy.

Mandal’s President Mrs. Renu G. Pillai said that with the cooperation of social leaders, all MLAs and educationists present in this program, the Mandal will become more progressive and advanced. Secretary Mrs. Pushpa Sahu said that it is the responsibility of all of us to make continuous efforts for the orientation of education. As a Mandal member, your role is very important for the Mandal for the planned implementation of many important responsibilities of the Mandal. On this occasion, the officers and employees of the Mandal including the Deputy Secretary of the Mandal Mr. Jugal Kishore Agarwal were present.
